Frequently Asked Questions
01
Are you reliable?
Absolutely. Our reliability is what sets us apart. When you schedule with us, you can count on us to show up on time and deliver as promised. We’ve built our reputation one customer at a time by being dependable, honest, and consistent—and we look forward to earning your trust, too.
03
Are the cleaning solutions you use harmful to my pets or the environment?
Not at all. We care about the safety of your family and pets. Our window cleaning solution is simple—just soap, water, and a touch of ammonia—safe, effective, and environmentally friendly.
05
My windows are tinted. Does that make a difference when I have them cleaned?
Yes. Please let us know if your windows are tinted before your service. We avoid using ammonia on windows that have been tinted within the last three to six months to protect the film and ensure the best results.
07
Do I need to be home when you clean my windows?
While we love meeting our customers, it’s not required for either interior or exterior cleanings. You’re always welcome to be present, but we understand busy schedules and aim to make things easy for you. If you’ve scheduled exterior cleaning only, please unlatch your screens before you leave so we can remove and clean them. Feel free to leave a note for any special requests—and rest assured, we never allow anyone to work on your home that we wouldn’t trust in our own.
02
Do you only clean waterfront windows?
Nope! We clean windows in homes and businesses all across the Lowcountry. Whether you’re on the water, inland, or in town, our team is ready to make your windows shine—residential or commercial, we’ve got you covered.
04
Does a window cleaning include screen cleaning?
We include a light wipe-down of your screens with all exterior window cleanings. However, for a deeper clean that removes built-up dirt and pollen, we offer a full screen cleaning for a small additional fee
06
Do I need to move furniture or anything before you arrive to clean?
No need! Our team will carefully move any necessary furniture or items and return everything to its place when we’re done—unless there’s something you’d prefer we don’t move. Just let us know ahead of time
08
My windows were cleaned, but are still foggy. Why?
Foggy windows usually indicate a broken window seal, not leftover residue. When the seal fails, moisture gets trapped between the glass panes. Unfortunately, the only way to restore full clarity is to replace the affected window.
